En tant que stagiaire RH chez Vanderlande, vous gagnerez une expérience pratique dans diverses tâches des Ressources Humaines, notamment la gestion des dossiers des employés, l'assistance lors des sessions de formation, la gestion des congés et absences, ainsi que le soutien aux projets RH. Responsabilités principales: Gestion administrative des dossiers : Créer et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et aider à standardiser les modèles et dossiers des employés spécifiques au Canada. Gestion des congés et absences : Assurer le suivi des différents types de congé (paternité, maternité, parental, arrêt de travail et invalidité de longue durée) et garantir la conformité à travers les entités. Soutien à la formation : Aider à la gestion des cours en anglais et en français, la gestion des fournisseurs et les subventions associées. Communication interne : Aider à rédiger et distribuer les communications RH et mettre à jour les politiques internes et les articles de la base de connaissances. Conformité gouvernementale : Suivre les obligations du gouvernement canadien (par exemple, la langue française, les subventions fiscales, l'immigration) et maintenir les enregistrements nécessaires. Autres tâches RH selon les besoins. Qualifications: Doit être étudiant(e) en dernière année dans une université ou école accréditée, en gestion des ressources humaines, communication, gestion des affaires, psychologie ou un domaine similaire. Être capable de communiquer (oral/écrit) en français et en anglais. Étant donné que le rôle implique de soutenir les activités RH à travers le Canada, le bilinguisme est requis. As an HR Intern at Vanderlande, you'll gain hands-on experience in various Human Resource tasks, including managing employee records, assisting with training sessions, assisting with leave and absence management, and supporting HR projects. Key Responsibilities: Administrative File Management: Create and update employee records and assist with standardizing employee templates and records specific to Canada. Leave and Absence Management: Support tracking of various leave types (paternity, maternity, parental, STD, and LTD) and ensure proper compliance across entities. Training Support: Assist with English and French courses, vendor management, and related subsidies. Internal Communication: Help draft and distribute HR-related communications and update internal policies and knowledge base articles. Government Compliance: Track Canadian government obligations (e.g., French language, tax subventions, immigration) and maintain necessary records. Other HR duties as required Qualifications: Must be a Senior enrolled at an accredited university or college majoring in Human Resource Management, Communication, Business, Psychology or related degree Must be able to communicate (both oral and written) in French and English. Since the role involves supporting HR activities across Canada, bilingualism is required.
