The Marketing Director will be working closely with the management team to develop marketing programs that build pipeline and help generate revenue with the existing customer base. The successful candidate for this position must be a highly motivated, autonomous self-starter who has a track record of success building teams, running demand gen campaigns that deliver results, and thinking strategically while executing with precision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support our business goals and growth plans. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention - including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and more as required. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies. Oversee the creation of impactful marketing content, collateral, and sales tools. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications: 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership and team management experience. Self-starter, willing to take initiative. Deep understanding of demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies across digital and traditional channels. Strong project management skills. Experience with Salesforce and email marketing automation software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in technology marketing is a must.
