The Senior Analyst Performance Management will support business planning and performance management activities through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager this position will have experience working in a multi business unit organization to support the required reporting, analysis and communication. Responsibilities: Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3-5 Year Plans). Assist the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast materials and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and the Board. Support managing the bank’s efficiency ratio performance. Assist in the functional department reviews with business leaders on Operating Expenses. Support in the Performance and Efficiency Forum with the aim to ensure profitable growth for the bank. Support a strong data-driven environment, providing fact-based strategic insight to business partners to identify risks and recommendations to improve future business performance.
