Be part of the family!Job DescriptionUS Regional Account Director (Remote) - for Fairmont's Western Mountain RegionJoin the sales team for Fairmont's Western Mountain Region and represent our five iconic Canadian resorts - Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Rimrock Resort Hotel (an Accor property).Reporting to the Director of Group Sales at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, this position will be remote and we are looking for a candidate with working knowledge in the Midwest US. The Regional Account Director will be responsible for leading sales initiatives within the Midwest US, to exceed sales goals at each of our properties within Fairmont's Western Mountain Region in Canada.Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 USD per annum, dependent on experience and qualificationsJob Duties Include:Exceed personal sales quotas (revenue and activities) for all hotels in the region through working with all types of businesses and adapting your selling style accordinglyDriving guest room ADR, while confirming Food & Beverage and ancillary spendActively prospect new business and develop key accounts on behalf of the regionConduct routine & timely calls on a specific set of accounts within the US market (Midwest states)Work closely with the global sales team to grow market share with key accountsParticipating in training, industry trade shows and sales trips, implementing and developing quarterly action plansCollecting market & competitive intelligence to access and implement strategy and long-term goalsQualificationsAt least five year's experience as a Hospitality Sales Manager, with experience working in the Midwest USProven seller with a track record of reaching goals and acquiring new businessBachelors / Hotel Management degree an assetJob Perks & Benefits:Competitive extended benefits package including medical, vision and dental Employee Travel ProgramQuarterly and annual incentive opportunities Opportunity to qualify for the annual Master/Presidents Club Incentive tripComprehensive Wellness PlatformAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in the Unites States or Canada.
