About The Opportunity Oversee and guide technical staff to maximize equipment efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a safe working environment. Manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. 1. Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees by auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting of safety incidents and enforcing safety-related policies and procedures. 2. Implement and prioritize the preventive maintenance program, including project planning and tracking of major projects. 3. Plan maintenance work, including time and resource estimates, part requisition and schedules. 4. Collaborate with the Maintenance/Tech team on tasks related to work orders, inventory, assets, and project and labor management. Coordinate, schedule and manage contractors and vendors as needed. 5. Direct efforts to reduce scrap through effective training techniques and process controls, and eliminate poor mold conditions using corrective actions and mold maintenance forms. 6. Lead technical teams in troubleshooting injection molding processing problems 7. Effectively manage Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, work requests, purchase orders, and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) spending. 8. Assist with planning and scheduling major plant turnarounds and equipment overhauls, as well as the implementation of new equipment, automation, and capital projects. 9. Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility by meeting with all shifts regularly. 10. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities, including Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) activities, capital projects, and major repairs. 11. Conduct annual performance reviews for maintenance, process, and setup tech team members. 12. Utilize robotics knowledge to enhance automation processes and improve production efficiency. 13. Apply CAD knowledge to design, modify, and optimize equipment and tooling for improved performance and reliability. 14. Leverage extensive injection molding experience to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality production. 15. Demonstrates expertise in electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment utilized in manufacturing, encompassing safe operation, maintenance, and storage practices. 16. Proficient in the technologies and applications employed in manufacturing products and enhancing manufacturing processes. 17. Comprehends methods, best practices, and regulatory standards pertaining to employee safety, environmental protection, and site safety. 18. Perform other duties as assigned. 19.
