The Individualized Supportive Living Program personalizes the residential experience to meet the needs of each patient and extends the high quality, integrated care that is the core of our clinical programs to our supportive living services.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The ISL administrative manager is responsible for effectively managing inventories, documents, and available resources in order to maximize the successful operations of the residences. This position requires working with corporate leadership to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them, developing the care partners to maximize performance, and taking a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives by performing the following duties personally or collaboratively. The ISL administrative manager works closely with and reports directly to the Director of Camden Residences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ISL Administrative Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Camden Residences. Core responsibilities include:
Coordinate intake communications and ensure timely updates upon resident admission into the ISL program.

Serve as a member of the concierge team, welcoming residents into the ISL program and Camden Center, and directing their needs to the appropriate team members for support and follow-up.
Serve as a liaison between the care partners and the Director of Camden Residences; communicate as needed or directed.
Organize, attend, and coordinate all relevant meetings associated with Camden Residences operations.
Maintain and routinely update the Camden Residences bed board and the CR Census admissions spreadsheet.
Coordinate and complete weekly in-person grocery shopping or place online orders for groceries, household essentials, and cleaning supplies for all Regional locations.
Conduct regular walkthroughs and physical inspections of all residential properties.
Immediately report property damages or repair needs to the Director of Camden Residences and Director of Environmental Maintenance.
Conduct tours of Camden Residences homes for prospective clients, referents, and guests.
Oversee all communication regarding resident discharges from the ISL program, as well as internal room and house transfers within Camden Residences locations.
Oversee supply inventory, coordinate ordering, and maintain vendor relationships.
Facilitate onboarding and training for care partners.
Ensure all residential documentation is current and reflects up-to-date policies and procedural changes.
Greet each care partner and new resident upon admission to the Camden Residences location, provide a tour of the facility, and review and complete all Camden Residences intake documentation.
Facilitate setting up care partner accounts in the Camden App chat platform, responding to protocol-related messages promptly.
Exhibit professionalism at all times, maintaining a calm, positive demeanor—even during crises.
Create and manage a comprehensive inventory of maintenance tools, furniture, subscriptions, and vendors for all Camden Residences locations.
Proactively address resident needs, aiming for mutually beneficial solutions.
Promptly report and follow up on resident concerns or complaints to ensure appropriate resolution.
Relay dietary information for new admissions to the chef and ensure meal arrangements are in place for the first day and maintained consistently thereafter.
Support billing and invoicing procedures in coordination with the Director of Camden Residences and the finance or billing team.
Manage BILL Spend & Expense cards for care partners, including budget oversight, fund allocations, and purchase tracking.
Demonstrate high ethical standards in all interactions with residents and staff.
Ensure strict confidentiality of company information, and maintain the privacy of all resident and care partner records.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed and may be carried out in collaboration with other Camden staff, provided that all tasks are completed in accordance with, or exceed, the standards set by the Director of Camden Residences.
40 hours/week. Pay range is $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour commensurate with experience. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, paid and sick time off, matching 401(k), holiday pay, and a flexible spending account.
