Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, display ads, email, content marketing).
Lead brand-building initiatives across all properties and platforms.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Content & Branding
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Data & Analytics
Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, campaign performance) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to optimize engagement.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead a team of marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and digital specialists.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing leadership role.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-location businesses preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
