About the role:
ZayZoon is looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help grow ZayZoon’s presence in the Canadian market. From running webinars and field events to crafting content that resonates, you’ll play a key role in connecting with our audience and driving real results. You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful projects that actually get seen and used.
Your impact:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (including webinars, paid digital, email, and social) to drive demand and generate qualified pipeline for the Canadian market.
Develop and localize compelling content (blogs, case studies, white papers, sales resources) that resonates with Canadian audiences and supports the buyer journey across industries.
Support the execution of field marketing programs and in-person events, including pre-event promotion, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and demonstrate marketing-sourced and -influenced revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with go-to-market priorities, territory needs, and customer engagement strategies.
Manage and update website content in collaboration with internal teams to ensure the Canadian website experience reflects regional positioning and is optimized for conversion.
Assist in the development of targeted nurture journeys and lifecycle marketing initiatives for prospects and customers in Canada to drive engagement and retention.
Maintain and extend brand consistency across all Canadian marketing touchpoints to elevate ZayZoon’s presence as a market leader.
You bring:
3+ years of experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (paid and organic), email, and event-based programs.
Proficiency in creating and adapting marketing content across formats like blogs, case studies, sales enablement assets, and social media — with an understanding of tone and localization for Canadian audiences.
Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to build, launch, and report on campaigns.
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Experience supporting or managing field marketing initiatives, such as trade shows, community events, or partner activations.
Working knowledge and willingness to experiment, effectively utilizing AI to test assumptions, and expand or enhance our marketing and GTM efforts.
