We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Corporate Actions II to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Toronto, Canada – Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Serve as a team supervisor/manager for the day-to-day operations of a small to medium-sized corporate actions team.
Manage the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team, including developing and scheduling appropriate levels of staff.
Support and complete client inquiries and requests, assisting others with more complex and unprecedented requests.
Direct, motivate and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in financial services processing and corporate actions preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
