You will translate strategy into action, drive small-scale projects and initiatives from concept to embedded practice, and enable seamless integration across people, processes and systems. What you’ll do Working within our Claims Delivery team, you will: Coordinate the execution of operational improvements, projects and initiatives across Claims Services. Facilitate working groups to validate delivery approaches, gain stakeholder endorsement, and support transition-to-operations activities. Apply structured methods to ensure business readiness, adoption and long-term integration of changes – with minimal disruption to frontline operations. Partner with stakeholders across all levels – from executives to frontline specialists – to embed solutions effectively. Assess business and people impacts, recommend mitigation strategies, and guide leaders through operational transitions. Support updates to regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring smooth operational adoption. Collaborate on the review and refine policies, frameworks and processes to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to delivery assurance, reporting, and performance tracking. What you’ll bring Proven experience in delivering or integrating operational or project-driven change. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset. Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (desirable) Accreditation or demonstrated capability in Project Management, Business Analysis or Organisational Change (highly desirable).
