Role Overview
The primary function of the Intermediate Laser Technician is to provide exceptional care to all patients at Rejuvenation clinics. This role is also accountable for ensuring all laser training and safety protocols are adhered to, performing all aesthetic treatments as prescribed protocols from vendors and certified Rejuvenation Inhouse Trainers, and ensuring all patients are satisfied with their treatments.
Role Objectives
The Laser Technician’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide the “U” experience by warmly welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
Foster a culture of excellence, driving best-in-class-patient care.
Perform advanced laser and aesthetic treatments, including:
Laser hair removal/reduction
Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing
Micro needling and peels
Pigmentation and tattoo removal
Acne & Scar treatment
Ongoing training will be provided.
Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
Thoughtfully provide personalized consultations to evaluate the suitability of products and services to ensure safe, effective treatments to attain optimal skin health.
Ensure exceptional patient care through rigorous adherence to Rejuvenation clinic standards, prioritizing comfort, safety and quality in every interaction and treatment.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records, data and communications.
Lead with empathy, understanding, and a client-first mindset.
Ensure patients referred by doctors who offer the desired treatment are redirected to the original referring doctor.
Optimize appointment scheduling, reminders, and targeted follow up calls for maximum efficiency.
Analyze appointment trends, adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform appointment bookings, reminder, and follow-up calls.
Consistently demonstrate a team-oriented and supportive work style.
Continuously update expertise to reflect advancement in laser technology and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with Clinic Consultant to drive business growth and excellence.
Assist with events, promotions, and client experience management.
Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
Role Qualifications
Canadian Medical Aesthetics Diploma or Certificate
Minimum 3 years of Medical Aesthetician experience in a medical dermatology setting or medical spa preferred
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly manner
Ability to communicate exceptionally well and work effectively in a team setting
Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings (required)
Possesses excellent time-management skills
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
