THE ROLE
The Venture Advisor supports small to medium-sized business across multiple industries, many of whom are business or community leaders. The Advisor provides professional, friendly service, using strong insurance knowledge and working closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide clients with service that goes above standard transactions.
Support growth initiatives with a focus on client retention.
Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms when needed.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay current on insurance products and offerings from insurers and MGAs.
Collaborate with commercial and personal advisors on service, marketing, and renewals.
Work with Client Coordinators to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of documents.
Manage account documentation such as quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and inquiries.
Review client coverage, risks, and loss history to recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow EPIC workflows and keep forms updated.
Ensure accounts are serviced accurately and on time.
Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Other duties as assigned.
