WHAT YOU WILL DO Receive inbound calls to assist customers in completing product orders online, by phone, electronically, by fax, informing customers of the product features and terms Answer inquiries from customers and investigate/resolve complaints regarding the company’s goods, services and policies ensuring total customer satisfaction Respond to inquiries from various customers regarding sales quotes and billing statements Process customer payments and assist with any pay statement inquiries Processing customer faxed orders, electronic orders, returns, and purchase transactions quickly Up selling to customers; telling prospective customers about the benefits of a product or service over the telephone in an attempt to increase sales Provide information to customers and the public concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies in response to telephone and in-person inquires Participating in HSCI Specialized Training Program, continuous training on Top 200 codes, and staying familiar with all manufacturers Participating in monthly CSR meetings, helping with special projects, and performing other duties as required WHAT YOU BRING Secondary and/or post-secondary education Dental/Lab/Medical or Vet diploma Call Center Representative Course Various Microsoft Office courses Experience Clerical and/or sales experience in a call center environment 2 years’ working in a call center Bilingual in French/English is an asset Medical, Lab, Vet and Dental background is an asset Microsoft Office Must be capable of working in high pressure situations WHAT DOES INCLUSION MEAN AT HENRY SCHEIN INCLUSION at Henry Schein means valuing you for who you are.
