Responsibilities
Responsible for the safety of yourself, your co-workers, and the environment
Check in truck drivers and direct them to dock doors based on scheduled appointments
Review shipping logistics menu for any orders to be shipped and print pick-packs
Route and schedule all shipments from branches with Brokers/3PL or any customer routing portals/guides
Use Truck Management System (TMC) to build and schedule loads that are not customer pick-up
Review and utilize dock manager to schedule all inbound/outbound ST/OTs
Effectively communicate between plants and the RDC along with the Warehouse Manager for any inventory issues (shortages/damage)
Ship confirms all shipped loads at the end of the day
Communicate with CSR of any loads that did not ship and require date changes
Identify and report safety concerns through near misses and observations
Responsible for the quality of all processes and products that you encounter
Be knowledgeable and fulfill all customer requirements
Identify and report all quality concerns to the Warehouse Manager
Be actively engaged in safety and quality programs
Responsible for developing a safe and friendly work environment
Follow all ISO/GMP/SQF and Food Safety requirements and any other standard operating procedure
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED equivalent
Proven ability to lead and understand all customers for each product line
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to work independently in a potentially isolated area of the building
Excellent attendance record
Excellent reading comprehension
Competency in simple math
Proven competency in written and verbal communication
Ability to problem solve and execute solutions
Ability to effectively use a computer
Ability to read Standard English Text for Customer Requirements
Hours: 8:45AM - 5PM (Monday-Friday)

Entry of near misses, safety observations, and required training classes through Global Data Center (GDC)
Completion of all required training classes through MyDevelopment/eLearning
