Join us as we build a world-class Global Network Operations Command Centre in Waterloo—a modern hub designed to drive innovation through advanced technologies and automation. We’re looking for NOC Administrators to be the first line of support, handling triage for applications, systems, and networks while managing access and incidents. This role offers plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact by improving processes, optimizing operations, and delivering outstanding experiences for our customers. What the Role Offers
Use your problem-solving skills and structured thinking to tackle complex challenges and simplify them for others.
Monitor and evaluate system components, software, networking infrastructure, and hardware for availability, reliability, and performance.
Triage and resolve issues reported by internal and external monitoring systems.
Communicate planned and unplanned service interruptions to internal and external customers.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
Advocate for changes that enhance customer experience and outcomes.
Manage access for internal SaaS applications and AWS environments.
What You Need to Succeed

Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholders.
2+ years of relevant experience.
A technical degree or equivalent experience and training preferred.
Experience with SaaS applications and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment, including some holidays and weekends.
