YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer with strong AI/ML knowledge to join our R&D organization. Our platforms supports order fulfillment, IAM, farm management, and customer-facing portals. serving dozens of products and thousands of global customers. This role is a critical technical leadership position within the group, responsible for guiding the team into AI adoption, ensuring high quality software delivery, and shaping our go-forward architecture and design.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Act as a technical authority across the team, ensuring alignment with best practices in software engineering, architecture, and design.
Drive AI/ML awareness and capability across the group, helping upskill engineers and identify impactful use cases.
Conduct design and architecture reviews, contributing hands-on to system design for current and future solutions.
Oversee code quality and engineering standards through code reviews, mentorship, and collaboration with delivery teams.
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
Serve as a technical mentor and coach for engineers across multiple teams.
Proactively evaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches that align with our roadmap and platform evolution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/principal role.
Proven expertise in system architecture, scalable design, and cloud-native development.
Strong hands on experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and practical use case integration.
Experience conducting code and architecture reviews at scale.
Deep understanding of modern development practices: CI/CD, microservices, containers, infrastructure as code.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and elevate the technical bar across teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with large scale data systems, MLOps, or AI model lifecycle management.
Prior work in a SaaS or enterprise cloud platform environment.
Familiarity with security and compliance requirements is a plus.
