Job Title:Operations Manager

Salary:$85,000 -- $105,000 per year
Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Position Description:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments are running efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and business goals
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health \& safety standards
- Evaluate and improve supply chain, logistics, and inventory control processes
Skills \& Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in an operations or management role
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Knowledge of operational best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
