Qualifications

Completion of a post-secondary degree program, preferably in a business or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role focusing on:

Office management
-
Business relationship building
-
Organizing events
-
Project management
-
Systems administration and support.
-
Experience supervising staff in a unionized environment.

Ability to collect data and analyze to recommend future projects/initiatives.

Vendor procurement and management skills.

Understanding and knowledge of the management of CRM systems.

Excellent facilitation and project management skills.
