Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping and communication.
