👤 Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR tools.
- Strategic mindset to scale People operations in early-stage startups or fast-growing teams.
- Nice to have: experience or knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) services, global hiring, and labor compliance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong decision-making skills, and a desire to build from the ground up.
