We're hiring a Learning \& Development Coordinator to support Training and eLearning content development. This role is ideal for someone with experience creating educational materials, especially using tools like Articulate Rise. You'll work closely with our operations and facilitation teams to design engaging modules and training content.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in building custom and off-the-shelf trainings and eLearning modules.
- Provide support in delivering virtual training sessions on DEI topics.
- Build training decks and customize materials to client needs.
- Manage project logistics and internal training documentation.
- Help develop new trainings in collaboration with the team.
- Provide pre- and post-session support (prep, debriefs, edits).
- Use authoring tools (like Articulate Rise, EasyGenerator, etc.) to design and build interactive training materials and eLearning modules.
- Help streamline internal content production and documentation.
- Support curriculum design and creation for virtual, in-person and self-paced offerings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert ideas into learning experiences.
- Conduct client needs assessments to identify learning gaps and customize training content accordingly.
- Collaborate with SMEs and facilitators to bring learning concepts to life.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and assessment tools.
- Document instructional design processes and maintain templates/playbooks for training content.
- Maintain content across our LMS and Training Library ensuring materials are optimized for accessibility.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in learning \& development, or related experience
- Experience using content-authoring tools (Articulate Rise preferred)
- Strong writing and instructional design ability
- High digital fluency; enjoys working independently in a remote setting
- Creative and collaborative mindset
- Strong written skills for module writing and training content creation.
- Highly organized
- Bonus: Experience with DEI or social impact topics
- Like most start-ups, we wear many hats in the company, and you'll likely engage in a wide variety of interesting work that may not be included on this list

The package:
- $50,000 - $60,000 CAD

- 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 3 leave days annually for religious or cultural events that are not on the government calendar or for just reconnecting with yourself.
Other things to know:
As a client-facing role, you are expected to be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and flexible in working with the client's time zones and needs. Some meetings and training may occasionally fall outside these hours.
