Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manage r for their Toronto Office for the Real Estate Industry.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador to the region and the market centres. The Regional Operations Manager will drive productivity, support recruiting, and increase retention through the implementation of powerful and purposeful regional systems.

- Salary: $120000-140000

What you'll do:
- Support the recruiting in the region by creating and refining powerful systems for lead generation, cultivation, and recruit selecting the very best market centred operating principals and their core groups.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure effective operations.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties or branches within the region, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Support the launching market centres in the region by creating and refining powerful systems for training market centred leadership, equipping offices, and new market centred processes and procedures.
- Implement a world-class training program at the regional level
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices, including applicable regional laws and regulations
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements.
- Experience in start-up business operations
- Exceptional leadership, management and team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Results oriented
