As a Talent Attraction Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Support a high performing Talent Attraction Team
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (digital and in-person) for recruiters / hiring managers
- Act as a secondary support for our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
- Format job postings and support the equitable distribution of recruiter requisitions
- Collect relevant data and update dashboards and report templates
- Track team compliance with relevant training \& associated metrics
- Create, compile, \& present survey data
- Creating \& updating PowerPoint presentations
- Support the onboarding experience of our new hires across Canada
- Managing TA Team careers inbox
- Assist with campus recruiting \& high-volume candidate applications / screening, when required
- Building sourcing/name generation lists, when required
- Ordering, tracking and shipping supplies
- Manage expense reports
- Document formatting, file management, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, tracking action items etc.

Think you've got what it takes to be a Talent Attraction Coordinator? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:
- Strong client service mindset
- Completed Post-secondary education
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System [ATS] considered an asset
- Intermediate [or better] skills with Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong skills with MS Outlook, Word \& PowerPoint desired
- Experience with One Note, MS Teams considered an asset
- 2 years experience in a support role
