Overview
Provide quality testing in the Laboratory (Immunohaematology, Chemistry, and Haematology) by observing the highest standards according to established policies, processes, and procedures.
Education
Qualifications

Current Laboratory experience in Immunohaematology, Chemistry, and Haematology in a clinical setting is preferred.

Experience with laboratory automation and instrumentation, including Ortho ProVue, Roche MPA, Roche Cobas, Sysmex XN, DI-60, CS2500, is preferred.

Experience with crossmatch, G\&S, antibody investigation, R\&M, and blood cell morphology is preferred.

Familiarity with SOFT LIS, Cerner PowerChart HIS, and Paradigm document control program is preferred.

Experience with quality assurance and quality management is preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and function under pressure with variable workload.
