Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist. This position is located in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and technical sales services, driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, presenting product information, and supporting customers with technical issues and solutions. QualificationsTechnical Sales and Sales skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Technical SupportStrong problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.Prepare sales estimates and proposals
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts
Meet and exceed sales targets
Manage projects and coordinate resources
Requirements:Sales experience in the industrial sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Ability to read building plans and technical specification
Attend site meetings to evaluate prospect and customer requirements.Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience with ERP software
Able to work in busy, active environment with changing priorities
