- Performance of through internal audit ensuring Company compliance with Civil Aviation regulations and standards, as well as Client requirements
- This position will require some travel, in order to carry out audits, and occasionally represent Safety \& Quality Department during external visits/audits
Qualifications
- At least a community college diploma or equivalent
- Integrity - acting in an impartial and fair manner, free of bias
- Minimum of 5 years experience in aviation industry
- Be capable of generating presentable written communications (for internal \& external use)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills, be familiar with the fundamentals of MS Office programs
- Be capable of fast learning, and having an open mind towards changing industry realities
- Familiarity with the principles of Safety Management System (SMS) is a welcome asset
- Sound knowledge of CARs and Company Maintenance Procedures \& Policies is a strong asset
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in isolation with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing commitments simultaneously
