RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans. Working in the Member Finance Services Team and Reporting into the Manager Member Finance Services, you will support the day-to-day operational functions, deliver on personal finance accounts and secured investments notes. What will you be doing? Manage high call volumes and digital inquiries while maintaining a friendly, informative communication style to build rapport and meet service level targets. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to identify member needs, convert leads into loan applications, and uncover opportunities for new or retained business in finance or investment products. Provide cross-functional support to other RAC Finance teams and contribute to shared service goals, including managing shared mailboxes and supporting general member inquiries Identify opportunities to enhance processes and services, complete compliance checks, and participate in ongoing learning to support team success and regulatory standards. What are we looking for in you? A desire to maintain a strong focus on achieving sales targets while providing personalized, positive and effective service to members. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate member needs and proactively offer solutions. Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals. A positive mindset with a drive to learn and continuously improve, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth. Computer literate with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in customer service or sales – previous lending experience highly regarded. What can we offer you?
