We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us on a 12-month max-term contract to support new changes we need to make within our insurance business due to regulatory changes. What will you be doing? Strategic project governance & delivery – Control schedule, scope, budget, risks and dependencies for complex applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Cross?functional solution design – Collaborate with RAC teams to shape approaches that meet business objectives, designing implementation strategies and processes in partnership with key stakeholders. Risk, compliance & quality assurance – Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, embed regulatory requirements, and maintain rigorous documentation, highlight/exception reporting and post?implementation reviews. Resource & artefact management – Determine resourcing needs, steer day?to?day development of project artefacts, and optimise deployment of internal and external resources. Executive reporting & governance – Produce clear status reports and Steering Committee presentations, offering actionable insights and recommendations for informed decision?making. Change leadership & business readiness – Orchestrate engagement, communications, training and go?live activities to embed change and provide robust post?implementation support and transition plans. High?performance team & stakeholder leadership – Inspire project teams and service providers, cultivate strong relationships, and secure stakeholder buy?in through workshops, presentations and ongoing collaboration. What are we looking for in you? Post graduate qualifications in business is desirable. Ability to manage ambiguous situations and help guide team members through them whilst building great trust and relationships. Qualifications in project management, e.g. Prince2, MSP is highly desirable. Significant experience in successfully developing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
