Our Sales and Service teams support over 1.3 million RAC members providing exceptional experiences every day across both our Contact Centres and Member Service Centres (Branches). Our dedicated frontline consultants are helping members through their enquiries ensuring they get the most out of their membership with RAC. What you’ll be doing As a Sales and Service Manager, you will lead and deliver outstanding sales performance through the coaching, development and engagement of Team Managers within our contact centre as well as: Lead a diverse cohort of Frontline Team Managers to guide and inspire their people to deliver exceptional member experiences and generate the crucial revenue needed to deliver on our purpose. Support and monitor the performance measures ranging from member experience to compliance and employee engagement Develop your team and support them in identifying career growth opportunities through ongoing coaching Foster highly engaged teams that are connected to our purpose and RAC vision and mission. Demonstrate your well-tuned project and change management skills by leading and delivering key change initiatives. Collaborate with our business partners to monitor performance and ensure consistency and continuous improvement What you will bring Significant experience leading small to medium customer centric teams as well as experience leading and developing leaders. Strong background in customer sales and service roles with leadership responsibility. Extensive coaching experience to enhance performance and drive results. Knowledge of relevant finance and insurance legislation acts and codes (desirable). Experience delivering strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across core stakeholder groups. Experience working in a high-volume and multi-system environment (desirable). Why RAC?
