The Organisation Solutions Lead plays a critical role in delivering RAC’s People & Capability Strategy by leading enterprise-wide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and people initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping and embedding RAC’s DEIB strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders, Identity Resource Groups and the broader People & Capability function to evolve our organisational model - ensuring our people experience is inclusive, engaging and aligned to our purpose. Key Responsibilities include: Develop, implement and continuously evolve RAC’s enterprise DEIB strategy, frameworks and action plans. Lead strategic and operational DEIB initiatives aligned to RAC’s Purpose, Vision, Mission and People Strategy. Partner with Senior Leaders and Identity Resource Group Leads to uplift DEIB capability and mature action plans aligned to the enterprise DEIB roadmap. Provide expert, impartial and pragmatic DEIB advice, ensuring alignment with legislation and best practice. Develop and analyse DEIB metrics, reporting insights and trends to measure progress and inform decision-making. Lead and deliver enterprise people initiatives aligned to the People Strategy through co-design with leaders, People & Capability communities and subject matter experts. Apply existing frameworks, systems and processes to enable sustainable organisational and cultural change. Develop business cases and recommendations grounded in contemporary practice and organisational insight. Lead cross-functional working groups to deliver strategic initiatives and outcomes. Work closely with the DEIB and People Insights Specialist to ensure data, insights and analytics inform design and delivery. What you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience developing and implementing DEIB strategies, frameworks and initiatives at an enterprise level. Proven experience delivering organisational development and people initiatives that add measurable business value. Strong stakeholder management capability, with experience influencing across complex, matrixed environments. Well-developed coaching, facilitation, influencing and program/project management skills. Strong research, analytical and reporting capability, with the ability to translate insights into action. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive outcomes in evolving environments.
