Focused on supporting our Motoring & Home Services divisions; this role is offered on an initial 12month Contract and works across our West Perth and Joondalup locations. About the role Reporting to the Group L&D Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping learning experiences across RAC. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate learning needs into practical, effective solutions that support performance, safety and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Researching, designing and developing learning content and programs across the business Delivering end-to-end learning initiatives aligned to learning roadmaps Creating engaging learning using eLearning tools (including Articulate 360) and Microsoft presentation tools Administering learning programs within RAC’s LMS, including course setup, enrolments and reporting Supporting the delivery and management of RAC’s compliance training framework Facilitating and supporting Motoring & Home Services onboarding programs, including safety and non-technical content Assisting with training needs analysis to identify capability and performance gaps Collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve learning design, processes, documentation and change adoption Building strong, trusted relationships across the business What you will bring: You’re a practical, learner-focused professional who enjoys working closely with the business and turning learning needs into impactful solutions. You’ll bring: Experience planning, developing and delivering training programs, workshops and coaching Sound knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices Hands-on experience creating eLearning (experience with Articulate 360 is desirable) The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end-to-end learning solutions Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills A collaborative, adaptable approach and a commitment to continuous improvement A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
