This role is offered on an initial 6month contract and works across our West Perth and Joondalup locations. What you will be doing: In this influential role, you will work closely with leaders and People & Capability colleagues to design and deliver best-practice organisational development solutions that support RAC’s strategy and culture. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leaders to deliver impactful leadership development, coaching and team effectiveness initiatives Supporting talent management, succession and career development programs across the Group Applying change management principles to support leaders and teams through transformation Designing and facilitating engaging leadership workshops and development experiences grounded in research and best practice Leading and supporting RAC’s employee engagement survey and associated actions Monitoring and evaluating OD initiatives to ensure they deliver meaningful outcomes Building strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders Championing RAC’s cultural change program Becoming the Driving Force by role modelling our LEAD behaviours What you will bring: You’re a confident OD practitioner who enjoys influencing leaders, navigating change and delivering practical, people-centred solutions. You will also bring: A degree in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, HR, Business/Behavioural Science or a related discipline Significant experience in organisational development and leadership coaching within a medium to large organisation Proven capability in designing and facilitating leadership and development programs Experience supporting change initiatives and applying contemporary OD and L&D practices Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills Sound project management capability and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned to RAC’s purpose and behaviours What can we offer you?
