Role Mission

Responsibilities

Familiarising yourself with our target industry and organisations
Driving top of the funnel outbound lead generation to our target industry using cold calling, email and social selling
Securing meetings for the wider sales team and maintaining a solid pipeline of sales qualified leads
Managing and responding to inbound requests in a timely and effective manner
Managing \& keeping all personal data logged and up to date, including sales activities and account information in our CRM
Building strong working relationships with members of the wider sales and marketing teams to ensure collaboration and project alignment

What We're Looking For

Experience working within a new business sales team
A genuine passion for outbound sales, someone who isn't afraid of jumping on the phone and building new relationships with prospective customers
Strong communication skills
Organisation and resilience -- the role requires exceptional time and data management skills and someone that won't become demotivated by rejections or objections
A motivated individual with a growth mindset
