As part of our People & Capability team, you will play a key role in ensuring our remuneration practices are fair, consistent, and compliant, while contributing to a culture that rewards and recognises our people for the impact they make. As the Remuneration Delivery Analyst, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of remuneration programs and processes across RAC. Your role will focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in how we manage and deliver reward outcomes. You will be responsible for the following: Coordinate and implement remuneration procedures and process improvements, identifying opportunities to automate and enhance efficiency. Support the documentation and communication of remuneration workflows, policies, and procedures. Contribute to salary survey submissions, benchmarking analysis and other remuneration insights. Analyse remuneration and reward data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support cyclical remuneration activities such as salary reviews, bonus programs, and other people initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes aligned with RAC’s purpose and values. What you will bring: Experience in a HR Advisor or Analyst role, with a solid understanding of HR processes, data, and metrics. Experience coordinating and delivering cyclical HR programs such as salary reviews or bonus cycles. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights. High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset for process improvement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. Experience using Workday or familiarity with Korn Ferry Hay methodology will be highly regarded. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or working towards one) is desirable. What can we offer you?
