Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will support firm-wide initiatives while guiding junior team members and executing a range of activities including campaign development, event planning, CRM optimization, social media, content creation, and more. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the Director of Marketing to carry out the firm's marketing and communication initiatives
Provide support and mentorship to junior marketing staff, reviewing their work and offering strategic feedback
Lead planning and coordination of events such as webinars, seminars, sponsorship activations, and receptions
Manage branded merchandise and promotional material projects
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, video, social media, SEO, paid media)Write and edit content for a variety of channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and tone
Track and evaluate digital campaign performance and recommend improvements
Facilitate marketing-related meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in developing marketing budgets and track expenditures throughout the year
Champion brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
Oversee and fully leverage the firm's CRM platform, with a focus on transitioning to a new system
Coordinate firm-wide mailing initiatives including client holiday gifts and cards
Draft content for media outreach, press releases, and sponsored legal publications
Collaborate with legal associations and professional organizations on events, awards, and sponsorships
Conduct market research and client data analysis to uncover business development opportunities
Stay informed on legal industry marketing trends and innovations
Qualifications \& Experience6--9 years of marketing and communications experience within a law firm is essential
Proven ability to craft high-quality written content with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
Strong skills in project coordination and event planning
Hands-on experience managing or transitioning CRM platforms
Familiarity with social media strategy, SEO, and digital analytics
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and the ability to learn tools such as WordPress, Monday.com, Hootsuite, CRM platforms, Adobe Express, etc.Video scripting, filming and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) experience is a plus
