About the Role
We're looking for aMarketing Specialistwho can take our existing strategy and turn it into impactful
execution. Collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, sales, IT, and administration, you'll enhance brand credibility and drive growth through digital content, events, and strategic partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute and refine ourB2B marketing strategy with precision.
- Develop and publish SEO-optimized blog content to boost visibility and establish industry authority.
- Manage and expand Hero Response's LinkedIn presence with bold, original content.
- Update and maintain our website content.
- Organize and oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and networking opportunities.
- Identify PR opportunities and negotiate media placements to enhance brand exposure.
- Create sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, and presentations.
- Monitor marketing performance, conducting tests, analyses, and continuous improvements.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to keep our strategies ahead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CEO, Project Manager, IT, and Admin.
- Produce digital content for LinkedIn (posts, visuals, short videos) that aligns with our brand tone.
- Exploring and implementing additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness
Requirements
- 2--3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in startup environments.
- Proven ability to create and execute content strategies with SEO knowledge.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content and running basic paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in maintaining website content.
- Communication skills --- clear, concise, and engaging.
- Experience supporting sales with high-quality assets (presentations, proposals, etc.).
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus as we continue to scale our marketing and sales operations
You Are:
Creative, proactive, organized, and analytical --- ready to roll up your sleeves and grow with us. Bonus (but not required): experience in B2B, startups, or industries like restoration, insurance, or construction.
