With over two decades of impact and thousands of providers served, we're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help tell our story and drive adoption across diverse clinical markets.
Position Overview
As the Product Marketing Specialist at MDLand, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our Product, Sales, and Customer teams. You'll shape how we bring new features and solutions to market, drive product messaging that resonates with healthcare professionals, and help define the strategic narrative of MDLand's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product features and major updates
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging aligned with provider needs and market trends
- Translate technical product capabilities into benefit-focused collateral for providers, clinics, and partners
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, competitor comparisons)
- Support Product and Implementation teams with launch plans and customer communication strategies
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, product updates, and thought leadership
- Monitor competitive activity and conduct market research to inform positioning
- Assist in writing and creating case studies, release announcements, onboarding guides, and web content
- Track performance of product marketing efforts and refine strategies based on feedback and data
Qualifications
- 2--4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in healthtech, EHR, or SaaS
- Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills --- especially for technical or clinical audiences
- Experience developing GTM strategies and product launch plans
- Understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical systems, or regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ONC) is a plus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards
- Background in user education, clinical training, or product adoption
